SAS Bakery & Café began as a simple love for warm, fresh-baked joy. Our founder discovered baking in his 30s at Mrs. Fields, then honed craft and patience at Pretzel Time and while managing Domino’s, Papa John’s, and Wetzel’s - learning that great food is really about people, teamwork, and care. That journey became a dream for a cozy neighborhood bakery where every bite feels like home.

Today, that dream lives here. We bake from scratch each morning and share it with our community - comforting breads and rolls, flaky pastries, custom cakes and cookies, and savory favorites like khachapuri and lahmajo. SAS is family-run by our founder and his wife, Alina, with their kids pitching in, too. We’re proud to serve simple, honest food, made with patience and love, and to see the smiles that started this story in the first place.
